Sydney festival was cancelled. Then they emailed us to request for a refund before the due date which I did .I get stupid automated emails. 1 email sent to say they sent the wrong email about refunds. Then I get another email to say they received my email for a refund. That it would take 15 working days. Its now almost 3 weeks. Poor service and I wouldn't recommend anyone buying off thus company.
