They have basically robbed me of €335. I booked tickets back in November 2022 for the 'Experience with Al Pacino LIVE' to be held in convention centre Dublin. The event was 'postponed' but never got a replacement date. I have been emailing them since August 2024 and they just keep saying that they are aiming to resolve it in a couple of weeks, one year on and still not a cent. There are even Facebook groups and forums dedicated to the nightmare people have had with this event and how they are still waiting on a refund. They are an absolute disgrace of a company. I will never use them again and I would highly recommend to anyone reading this to avoid using their services, trust me, you will regret it.
