In February 2020, I paid over £250 for tickets to see a singer in Birmingham and bought my tickets from Eventbrite. The show started at 7pm HOWEVER Eventbrite did not send out tickets to all customers before this show which meant that every single customer had to queue in a line for hours to receive our tickets by hand!! They were very very unorganised and meant that we had to wait in the queue for 3 hours, missing nearly the whole show. The worst bit about this was that when we emailed Eventbrite regarding this and demanded a refund, they replied with this:
