Be aware that this company when they cancel a show they don't refund any fees paid they have charged you when you bought the ticket. Of course this is part of their terms and conditions but this is a behaviour I wasn't expecting of such a major player in event ticket selling. Instead of charging penalty to the promoter, they keep money from their customer. Over last year (mostly because of Covid) a lot of show were cancelled and any other small or major company like Ticketmaster, AXS and ATG refunded in full. There is so many company that put their customer interest first that why would you support Eventim which act which such behaviour? You recognise the value of a company in those situation, not when everything goes as plan. For me this is the proof of their now low value.
