Warning, do not use this company. I spent £65 for the Titantic Exhibition in Canary Water, which is on the other side of London as I live in Hertfordshire. The tickets were booked for 12th September which ended up being on a train strike day and was impossible for me to get to. I contacted Eventim to see if they would let me rearrange the date of my tickets but they out right refused. Disgusting customer care. I was not asking for a refund but just for them to reschedule as I had no way of getting to the exhibition. Avoid this company. I certainly will not be using them again.
