My case of 12 vases came terribly packaged. No bubble wrap, paper wrap, nothing. Just 12 vases tightly sitting in a box with cardboard dividers. 3 of 12 were completely shattered, another 3 with cracks. Then the remaining unbroken vases has to be washed to remove broken glass.
Luckily, the company made it right by sending out a new package at no cost (still waiting on it’s arrival) but these are for our wedding in a week and a half and we’re now cutting it close.
