“Fast delivery & great product!! I received my first order with box mangled & 5 broken jars inside. Delivery company clearly didn't read the "Glass Fragile" sticker. Customer Service was FABULOUS when I reached out regarding broken jars. They replaced everything fast & made everything very easy. Definitely recommend & will order again when needed.”

“I was looking for 14" hurricane cylinders and after I placed the order I realized they were only 12". It was very unclear. also I immediatly tried to cancel the order. I called the number on the cancelation page as was instructed on the page, many times, and no one answered ever. I then sent an email but it was too late. Then when I went to return the process was very expensive.”

“Ordered two slanted cut bowls with shipping it was over $100. Received product and as soon as i brought the box in from being delivered, I could hear glass rattling in the box. Although it was packed two individual boxes with a box and that box was placed inside a larger box that had some paper placed around it. Both bowls were shattered and broken into pieces. I would highly suggest wrapping bowls in bubble wrap and put bubble wrap inside the bowls as well making sure they cant moved in their individual boxes and i stead of paper I would bubble wrap and pad the interior box so that nothing moves. Our delivery services do not care that something is marked fragile. My deliver person threw the box on my porch, took a picture and left. I hope this helps. I asked for a refund because I did not see another set making it to me without being broke. I was refunded completely. Events Wholesale was very understanding and nice about the return of funds. Would order from them again.”

“I have not used them yet but, but I called customer service asked for some help. They were very helpful and I ordered 2 of them. They came so well packed I inspected them for damage, but there was none so I put them back in the boxes because I won’t be using them till winter”
