“Ordered two slanted cut bowls with shipping it was over $100. Received product and as soon as i brought the box in from being delivered, I could hear glass rattling in the box. Although it was packed two individual boxes with a box and that box was placed inside a larger box that had some paper placed around it. Both bowls were shattered and broken into pieces. I would highly suggest wrapping bowls in bubble wrap and put bubble wrap inside the bowls as well making sure they cant moved in their individual boxes and i stead of paper I would bubble wrap and pad the interior box so that nothing moves. Our delivery services do not care that something is marked fragile. My deliver person through the box on my porch, took a picture and left. I hope this helps. I asked for a refund because I did not see another set making it to me without being broke.”

“I have not used them yet but, but I called customer service asked for some help. They were very helpful and I ordered 2 of them. They came so well packed I inspected them for damage, but there was none so I put them back in the boxes because I won’t be using them till winter”

“Purchased these vases to put flowers out at my dads grave site. He is buried in a U.S. Vetrans cemetery and they have strict rule on what you can place at the grave site. These work perfectly and were delivered in a timely fashion.”

“The sparklers arrived super quickly and this was the best price I found online. The sparklers themselves are not great. They take a long time to turn on compared to a different brand I had received from a competitor. They sparkler is nice and bright once it is on. Thank you”
