“My case of 12 vases came terribly packaged. No bubble wrap, paper wrap, nothing. Just 12 vases tightly sitting in a box with cardboard dividers. 3 of 12 were completely shattered, another 3 with cracks. Then the remaining unbroken vases has to be washed to remove broken glass. Luckily, the company made it right by sending out a new package at no cost (still waiting on it’s arrival) but these are for our wedding in a week and a half and we’re now cutting it close.”

“These lovely jars are just what I was looking for as centerpieces for tables of ten at my daughter’s wedding. Customer service made sure my order arrived in time, and quickly shipped replacements for several jars that were broken. Excellent company to do business with!”

“Glass is cheap and cloudy. All the vases are different thicknesses. Quality is certainly not there for the price point. Will look elsewhere next time.”

“I am happy with the vases that survived shipping. Sadly, 1/4 were broken, but I had ordered extra in case that happened. I was QUICKLY refunded after notifying them of the ones that were broken (I sent pictures). The 5x5 square vases are very nice, perfect for my floral! My only suggestion would be better packing to prevent breakage ( that's difficult I know )”
