“Ordered two slanted cut bowls with shipping it was over $100. Received product and as soon as i brought the box in from being delivered, I could hear glass rattling in the box. Although it was packed two individual boxes with a box and that box was placed inside a larger box that had some paper placed around it. Both bowls were shattered and broken into pieces. I would highly suggest wrapping bowls in bubble wrap and put bubble wrap inside the bowls as well making sure they cant moved in their individual boxes and i stead of paper I would bubble wrap and pad the interior box so that nothing moves. Our delivery services do not care that something is marked fragile. My deliver person through the box on my porch, took a picture and left. I hope this helps. I asked for a refund because I did not see another set making it to me without being broke.”

“Sone were broken, need to pack better. There were fragile labels but guess deliver people don't read. When tried to get a replacement case there were no more in warehouse.”
