“My case of 12 vases came terribly packaged. No bubble wrap, paper wrap, nothing. Just 12 vases tightly sitting in a box with cardboard dividers. 3 of 12 were completely shattered, another 3 with cracks. Then the remaining unbroken vases has to be washed to remove broken glass. Luckily, the company made it right by sending out a new package at no cost (still waiting on it’s arrival) but these are for our wedding in a week and a half and we’re now cutting it close.”

“Glass is cheap and cloudy. All the vases are different thicknesses. Quality is certainly not there for the price point. Will look elsewhere next time.”

“2 of the 6 vases in the case arrived shattered. Packaged very poorly. Still waiting on replacements to arrive.”

“Candle holders were much smaller than expected. The return process was a bit extense, and quite frankly very expensive. Hopefully I will have better satisfaction in the future.”
