“I ordered a smoke stick and it ended up not working, but I still wanted to leave a review because the costumer service was excellent. I reached out for a refund after my smoke stick didn't work and not only did I receive a refund the next day, but they also sent me another smoke stick just because. That kind of customer service shows that even though my product specifically was faulty, this company is a reliable one, and my situation was most likely a rare one! I would order here again just off of that:)”

She hopped on a call and followed up with emails—communication was seamless. AI is a powerful tool, but sometimes you just need to speak to a human to ensure everything will be a success.
