She hopped on a call and followed up with emails—communication was seamless. AI is a powerful tool, but sometimes you just need to speak to a human to ensure everything will be a success. A few of the glass vases arrived damaged and they emailed me back, called me personally AND shipped new replacement vases via express delivery at no cost!
