I ordered a sterling silver pendant and a white gold ring before Christmas. The process was very easy, and I was sent a kit with a ring sizer, an order confirmation form and instructions about how to return some of my husband’s ashes. I received my pendant about a week later, and it is absolutely perfect. Very pretty and subtle. I replaced the chain that came with it, as it was a bit short for me. My ring took longer to come because I had chosen a white gold option but was definitely worth the wait. I have received several comments on it already, and it brings me such comfort to have something of my husband with me constantly still.
