The customer care team were lovely and very helpful with any enquiries I had.
During the time of my ordering, I received an email after purchasing, explaining there would be a six week delay for engraving. Unfortunately, this wasn't mentioned at the time of purchase. If this delay is still in place, I think it would be nice for future clients to be prompted before purchase.
