Having never worn jewellery before I ordered a memorial ring with my late partners ashes in resin. It took a while to arrive as there was a mix up about ring style but sorted very professionally. When the ring arrived I opened with anticipation hoping I would like it enough to wear. Not only did I like it I was over the moon with it, it’s the most wonderful thing and I will treasure it forever. The personalised certificate enclosed made by Richard and he did great so thank you Richard it means a lot.
