We had four windows replaced by Everest in October 2019, during the installation work the fitters told me one of the windows had a faulty mechanism and would not open, they said they would send a report to Everest to send an engineer to repair it.
We made numerous calls and left messages to ask when it would be repaired. It is now 29/3/2020 and have never received a reply.
