The salesman Paul Nero came to our house and was very aggressive with the sale. When we said no, he they returned two hours late knocking 8k off the piece and saying it’s an amazing deal, we need to pay the deposit now and we get 14 days to change our mind and we will get a full refund. He pressured us into paying the deposit phoning us repeatedly until it was done. I have a 6 month baby who was with me and I felt confused and at times intimidated by him as he harassed us to make the deposit. We then cancelled after 8 days (there were two bank holidays during that time). Paul said ‘no problem, it was within time so we’ll get a full refund’. The refund has never arrived. Everest said the cancellation policy is 7 days even though we were harassed, lied to and mislead. We are still trying to get a response from Everest about when we will receive our refund and are having to fund legal action.

Horrendous experience. Incompetent installers, who swore at me, faulty and broken parts, bowed frames, glass units with butyl leak and faulty gaskets, windows and doors that do not seal letting in drafts and a door lets in water. Damage to my property internally and externally. Trim around the internal frames coming away from the walls. 8 reorders and products still arrive from their factory faulty. Nearly a year on Everest can't get job right, 8 faulty glass units, faulty frame, 3 bowed frames, a leaky door and 2 windows and french doors that don't seal. Different profile frames installed. Marks in sand blasted glass, faulty lead work pattern in feature window. They install broken faulty product and do not uphold the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Poor customer service and refusal to refund. Complaints and requests for information ignore . Do not use this company they are not the best and this cost me over £28K. Everest 2020 Ltd do not do what they say or provide the quality service or product as advertised or as stated in their customer charter. 100% dissatisfied. About to take legal action.

The worst door we have ever had, problems from day one, never got sorted, the door jams when it is warm, all that happened on every occasion was they sent a fitter and all they did was adjust the hinges. Would not recommend did not solve the problem

Avoid at all costs! Nothing went right with our extension. They are absolute cowboys and we ended up having to employ legal advice and get a property surveyor in who documented several illegal faults. I am beyond disgusted with this company who dare even call themselves professionals!

I am expecting our job to be finished tomorrow. The other elements of our window fitting went well.

We paid £27000 for conservatory a pre 2020.. one of our sealed panels failed.. when we contacted them re their 10 year warranty, we were told they're not trading and the 'new' company would not honour it. I suggest buyer beware...

I did not purchase Everest double glazing because the salesman was patronising and rude. After 'we' agreed to end his visit early, he told me he was going to report me!

Would love to know how Everest collapsed in 2020 and opened up as Everest 2020 but the advert I saw the other day was advertised as just Everest. Is this legal

Cannot believe that I've just seen a TV advert for Everest Double Glazing, October 2023. We had windows fitted early in 2020, one of which was cracked in the van on the way to installation, but was still fitted. The team, a father and son, managed to finish all three windows with different frame finishes, although we did not notice this until after they left. We proceeded to chase Everest regarding replacement for the cracked window but, our timing was impeccable, as that was exactly the time that they went into administration. Nothing was forthcoming and we had to reclaim money from our credit card to cover the cost of replacement. This local firm has been out to us several times to rectify problems with our Everest fitted windows and conservatory. We have had windows spontaneously shatter on three occasions and the conservatory constantly leaks when we have heavy rain. DO NOT TOUCH EVEREST DOUBLE GLAZING WITH A BARGE POLE!

I just recovered my lost bitcoin, wow I can’t believe it really happened. I’m so speechless and grateful. I have been looking for a way to invest and save money for my kids and future plans. I ended up with an investment company named FxCrypto Platform. I invested a huge amount of money with them but they turned out to be a scam company. My main coin and profits was about $170k . I can’t just watch such amount of money go in vain, I’m a single mother with 3 young children, how can I loose $170k. All thanks to my late husband’s sister whom introduced me to ( wilfredscott912@gmail.com) my lost bitcoin is now resting on my coin base wallet, contact him for a better job.

Everything went wrong from the start to finish. The so called double glaze windows was cracked by their workmen. When I complained about it for workmen to revisit and replace the cracked window, from the edge to the middle of the glass. Everest demanded I must pay for the damage they caused. All windows and patio door not sealed adequately. Key handles to window wobbly. Scaffolding left for weeks before they were finally removed after much email and phone calls. Everest increased the balance I was to pay. Now I am being taking to Court demanding what I didn’t owe. All documents sent to their supposed address returned unclaimed. Please look very well before you leap. Do not go near Everest at all otherwise you will regret it BIG TIME. The cheek of it is that they warned anyone dealing with them not to publicise anything about their experiences.

What went wrong? More like what went right. Had complete glazing for a new build. 3 sets of french doors all the wrong size, are very difficult to close and creak like a haunted house. They couldn’t complete installation while scaffolding was up then couldn’t do the work once it was down so 2 years on still not complete. Charged us VAT when they were not supposed to. HMRC write to tell us Everest needs to pay us back. Spent almost 2 weeks arguing with them over this. They seem reluctant to refund, even though I have sent them a copy of the letter from HMRC. Shame I had to give any stars at all because not even worth 1*. When you have to contact customer services they won’t let you speak to the person needed to deal with it. They email the relevant person who emails them back who phone you. Just go round in circles. DO NOT BUY EVEREST!!!!!!!

We had a representative over, and. .my world! We could not get him out! from 12 to four o'clock! The quality of Windows seems okay, but the prices started from over the sky high, then when it came down to a reasonable amount, the guy annoyed us so much that we couldn't wait for him to leave! The manner of talking to customers trying to guilt them because they do not want to spend crazy money was so ridiculous! We had a budget and already enquired With other big companies about the prices,so we were aware of prices. The guy was so unprofessional, that we had to ask him to leave, but even this didn't stop him from talking and trying old techniques ^to call the manager^ to persuade us! Dreadful experience!
