I’ve been meaning to write a review for ages so here goes!
I cannot express how happy and impressed I am with the service and work by Everest.
We had an extension to the rear of our property built by Everest and everyday I smile when I come downstairs and see the beautiful eye catching extra room they have provided us with.
Although as with every build a few complications arose as our property has a 5ft drop from the back of the garden ....however Everest resolve every problem or dispute. There were times when there was upset but every call I made to the Everest team calmed me as their customer service was second to non and there reassurance and understanding pulled us through. A massive thank you to the team in general but extra thanks to Shiraz in planning and Andy our wonderful project manager and the girls in the office, who became like councillors almost.
Now we are really looking forward to the summer to enjoy our gorgeous new home and spectacular view.
I honestly don’t think any other company would have been able to do our extension with the same care and emotions as Everest!!
