Very disappointed. The sales rep was the only professional person we dealt with. We paid the extra to have “the best” and have been left with a nice looking glass extension that is currently leaking from 4 different points. The re-organisation now means there is no longer any responsibility for them to correct the problem.
Very dissatisfied. There are many other companies out there offering similar quality products but with much better customer service.
