Do not use.
Salesmen will do anything possible to get onto your sofa, if you agree to a sale they will continue to ‘pop round’ whenever it suits them without calling ahead.
Pretty looking products at a very high premium but originally with a very long term guarantee - which was a necessity as we had to call 5 times in the first year to fix a blown window and multiple broken locks. Now they’ve changed ownership, that guarantee is non-existent and our house insurance is now a waste of money as we still cannot lock our home.
Would give 0 stars if possible.
