I used them through the heart of the COVID crisis. They were as responsive as they could be - good communication on progress - even though slowed by the early shut-down. The service is very good. They took care of many sensitive, old, fragile photos and other media. There may be cheaper services but the quality and customer service here makes Everpresent a winner.
