I wanted to convert some very old film into digital format. I selected EverPresent and am extremely satisfied. They were excellent in terms of communication. They kept me informed of their progress every step.

I had 15 of old films found from the 50's that I wanted converted to digital. Contacted Everpresent that I found serching the web and was plesantly suprised how professional they were when I contacted them. They walked me thru every step either on the phone or by email and an added bonus was I could drop my films off locally and they would pick them up which gave me added confort.. The films turned out even better than expected considering their age and being stored in a basement for decades. Price was very resonable and I would not hesitate to use their service again..

The digitization was great - we are very happy with everything My issue is with the 'automatic' communication - my contact info wasn't saved even though I was emailed a referral to a pick-up site and filled out the electronic form at drop off. There was no automatic confirmation of receipt of the originals nor any updates until they were entered into the digitization process (weeks after pick-up) at which point I was inundated with emails about additional services. Automatic contact re-return and pick-up date of the originals was fine. I understood that there was a lot of business and didn't mind the wait for digitizing, I just would have preferred not to have to keep calling in to find out what was going on.

Tape was old. I couldn't expect miracles. And a rare tape cost an additional $20. All good. But to get a $93 bill??? Where is that on your website? Intake? Packaging? C'mon. Thanks for the one tape. But I'll never use you again.

Sent three boxes of many different media. Have to say something is lacking in quality control. My recordings were copied well, only problem is I got 3 copies of the same tapes, 8 mm, and audio. And they were not recorded in the same order. Stupid me, watched, scanned a couple of thumb drives, was satisfied and disposed of all the old material. Now I have triplicates and tons of missing memories. Nice job. And it was a very very long wait. My name is Lenore Marion. Very, very, disappointed. For $700 plus I now have two handy audios and three 12 min videos.

Just yesterday invited to my uncle home for dinner he revealed to me that the pictures were old and he had not known of them but by looking over the faces and buildings he was able to reminisce and make notes to them. The question was that how they appeared as a pile of unknown negatives left in a unique little box when my parents died and I was left to ponder what these were (my uncle is 82 and even he was not born when these photos were taken!). So, we looked at each other questioning how the negatives had made the travel into my hands after all these years sitting in the little box! Good times happy memories. Thanks!

The files on the USB I received on my last order were duplicates of the 8mm from my previous order. I have left three voice mail messages asking for a call to discuss what might have happened and have yet to receive a call back.

I had multiple problems with my order: 1) The estimated number of photos in my job was 1000-1500, which I said sounded very high but the lady on the phone pushed back and said $800+ was needed for the 50% down so I paid. Later after counting the photos myself in a similar sized album, I estimated around 500 and asked for a new estimate. The revised estimate was 500. What happened?? 2) I then asked for a refund to adjust my 50% down payment. This was rejected even though my down payment was more than the entire bill! So basically you held my money the entire time which is not right. 3) The final count was 528 photos, but I was billed for more than that...I can't find the invoice online but I recall it was 545 or something. 4) Of the photos in the album, over 60 were missed!! So I had to do those myself. 5) the quality of the scans were not great, far below the quality of scacafe...in fact the one I did by myself with my cell phone were far higher quality. So basically...not good at all.

They did a beautiful job of digitizing a rare, hard-to-find videotape format. The quality of the digital files was great and the company does a great job of emailing regular updates of the project's progress. I did the drop off at a local art studio that works with EverPresent.

We sent them our slides from over 30 years of adventures and they made them into beautiful photos that we can cherish forever. They did a great job, highly recommend!
