“From the time I first dropped off our family’s precious photo albums, through their appraisal and scanning, and having them return shipped today, I never wondered where my project was. The albums arrived today - well packed and protected - and I Already had viewed the full-page scans on EverPresent site, so I knew the project was a success. You may not need to extend their complementary 60 day hosting of a project to 365 days, but for $15 I found it useful and gave me much more time to determine who in the family get which albums.
100% will use them again and have already planned to send the remaining albums to EverPresent next month”
“I had a VHS tape copied to digital. The result was watchable, although the tape was old. My complaint is with their horrendous customer service. Communicating with my project coordinator was like having a dialog with a chatbot. I had to keep a log of all my attempts to get her on the phone, but that only happened once: when she called up front to get me to pay for the project. And, even then, it took 9 days after they received my tape to call with a quote. I sent my complaint to the Customer Service Manager and never received acknowledgement, let alone a response.”
“I was skeptical to send the only copy of reel to reel audio recording in the mail to another state. From the drop off to the pick they surpassed my expectations. When it arrived I received a phone call to discuss my needs including removing a buzzing sound on the track from the live recording. I feel it was a fair price for the excellent recording I received back. I would use them again and recommend Everpresent.”
“Project submitted 08/08/2025: Project availabe for pick up 10/09/2025. On 09/12/2025 was notified by EverPresent project was digitized, reviewed and being sent to the packaging department to return to me. After awhile became oncerned the product was not being sent and followed with several calls (plus one E-Mail) being advised the project was still being processed. On 10/01/ and 10/02/2025 talked with EverPresent (Louis) and he was kind enough to check into the delay. With his help the project became avaiable for pick up on 10/09.(Delay???) I am happy with the final product.”
“The quality of the scanned photos was better than expected and I got the project back (366 photos) sooner than the promised date. The only issue was they were not in the order I sent so I did have to do some rearranging. All the folks I worked with/spoke to were wonderful and knowledgeable.”
“We were extremely pleased with the successful outcome that Everpresent had with the (very) old film that we brought to them. Our short film was very old (80 years) and being able to see it, enjoy it for the first time was absolutely wonderful. Very special for out whole family. Thank you!”
“I needed a video of my wedding from 40 yrs ago digitized and the everpresent folks did a great job ...kept me updated on the progress and delivered way ahead of schedule. Great job! Thank you Everpresent”
“I really enjoy the simplicity of your service and the frequent communications on the order process. The only issues I had are small. In the pricing on some of your web pages, the base fee of $50 is not prominently displayed and easy to miss. I missed this on my first order and it was an unpleasent suprise. Thank you for the one time discount on my first order I very much appreciate the accomodation. The second issue is the AI video intro in the app and website. The AI figure is not flattering. Its a bit unnerving to be greeted by. I really feel it is a disservice to the rest of your brand to be using an AI model for your intro, especially when your service is based around digitizing video media.”
“I had EverPresent digitize a stack of old Betamax tapes and the experience couldn’t have been easier. From start to finish the process was seamless, their updates kept me informed, and every interaction with their team was friendly and professional. The final digital files look great and it feels amazing to have these memories preserved. Highly recommend!”
“We were very pleased with the finished product. It was extremely emotional seeing younger versions of older relatives long passed away, and to smile at the memories. Great quality and easy to do, I just wish I had more $$!”
“Everpresent keep me updated every step of the way. They made the process very easy. I am very happy with the quality (some of the videos were from the 1980's!) I would highly recommend them!”
“Exceeded my expectations. I have never done this before and they made the process seamless. I am also very appreciative of the continued communications received on each stage of the project.”
“The reproduction is very good. I thought the focus would be a little sharper but, then again, the films were shot with a consumer movie camera in the mid 1950's so I suppose that's the best you can get considering the age and non-professional source material.”
“These recordings that you brought back to life were thought to be lost. They were done in Nashville in 1977. They were first takes. I was to come back in a month ( after I got the feel of the songs) and record the finals but Elvis Presley died and all of the record plants were busy getting out his songs. Long story short. I was scammed. They took 2 other songs that were not in the tape and edited them and sent them to the European market and one did well. Thank you for bringing these back to life !”
“From the beginning and start of turning our aged photos into digital images, I immediately knew that I could trust EverPresent with my valuable photo memories. Meticulous care was taken of each photo. We were so very pleased with the quality and the results.”
“My husband wanted to surprise me with a old 16mm reel we found from 1956...The 1st email said that the reel was 50 ft. we were trilled that there was going to contain a lot. He ordered 2 dvd's and a thumb .... When we received the order we were shocked. The dvd had 2 minutes and 38 seconds on it. John paid 169.00. Yes the it was nice and clear, but the cost was Way too much for this little bit. Kinda think it's a Rip Off for that little bit
