“From the time I first dropped off our family’s precious photo albums, through their appraisal and scanning, and having them return shipped today, I never wondered where my project was. The albums arrived today - well packed and protected - and I Already had viewed the full-page scans on EverPresent site, so I knew the project was a success. You may not need to extend their complementary 60 day hosting of a project to 365 days, but for $15 I found it useful and gave me much more time to determine who in the family get which albums. 100% will use them again and have already planned to send the remaining albums to EverPresent next month”

“I had intended to have you convert nearly 200 legacy photos into a digital format. We were preparing for a Celebration event remembering my late wifes life. I sent you a test collection of about 8 photos as a test. You did a good job converting the photos to a memory stick. And you deleiverd the product shortly after the celebration. About a month too late. Too late and Too expensive.”

“Three days ago I left a voicemail and then followed it up by putting in a request through the website to get started on digitizing a large number of 35mm negatives I have, close to three thousand strips in total. No call back from Ever Present. No email response from Ever Present.”

“I highly recommend Everpresent for your digitizing needs. I used them in March to digitize old photos and I was not disappointed. They have many location convenientl locations where you drop off your materials and pick up the finished product. My job was a rush job and they completed the project on time as promised. I recieved a thumbdrive and dvd and access to the online file. Communication was frequent and clear. They kept me looped in every step of the way. Customer service reps were friendly and took the time to explain the process to me and reassure my photos would be safe. I plan on using Everpresent for future projects.”

“They pickup the tapes as promised and delivered them back as promised. They communicated with me by phone and email as to the progress and their expected outcome. My vhs tape were 20+ years old and some of the quality of the tapes were not showing their age. Everpresent gave their best effort to restore them as much as possible.”

“I expected better. There was dead air and static in most, if not all, of the dvds. I was under the impression that the static/dead air would be removed making better transitions between different recordings. This was not the case. I spent hours removing the static, adding transitions. After doing so, it only ended up being 3 dvds total and Ever Present charged me for 11 dvds. Such a scam. I waited a month and paid $400 for Everpresent to literally just transfer the recordings to 2 thumbdrives and 11 dvds. The process and expectations could have been explained in a lot more detail. The representative taking the order and the person transferring the data should get on the same page.”

“I would highly recommend Everpresent. 5-stars. I had vinyl converted to a digital format. The experience and results were excellent. The web app is easy to use and I was able to download the digital content. The price and options were discussed up front (transparency). The customer service team were professional and responsive to questions. Everpresent also did an audio transfer quality report where they evaluated and reported on the quality of my original vinyl (noise level, recording quality, vinyl surface damage, etc) which was good info to read. Overall grade of Everpresent = A.”
