“From the time I first dropped off our family’s precious photo albums, through their appraisal and scanning, and having them return shipped today, I never wondered where my project was. The albums arrived today - well packed and protected - and I Already had viewed the full-page scans on EverPresent site, so I knew the project was a success. You may not need to extend their complementary 60 day hosting of a project to 365 days, but for $15 I found it useful and gave me much more time to determine who in the family get which albums.
100% will use them again and have already planned to send the remaining albums to EverPresent next month”
“They probably will delete this review, but RUN from this company! I chose them for a local drop off site. Was told when I called it would be like $20 for 23 minutes of video I wanted copied. Once they had my tapes the price kept going up and up and customer service in India was always "on another line" and wouldn't call back! Meanwhile the price went up to $21.99 PER tape (since some of the video was on 2 different tapes but a total of 23 minutes) Then it went up to $71, then $93 and they said I couldn't cancel my project even though I never authorized them to start or agreed to this price! Hopefully I will get my tapes/ memories back!!”
“Ever present was great to work with. I felt they were very secure with it and their turnaround time of 30-days was reasonable. What I didn’t like was the price. They were far more expensive than their competitors. For one ten minute tape it cost me over a $100 to transfer.”
