“From the time I first dropped off our family’s precious photo albums, through their appraisal and scanning, and having them return shipped today, I never wondered where my project was. The albums arrived today - well packed and protected - and I Already had viewed the full-page scans on EverPresent site, so I knew the project was a success. You may not need to extend their complementary 60 day hosting of a project to 365 days, but for $15 I found it useful and gave me much more time to determine who in the family get which albums.
100% will use them again and have already planned to send the remaining albums to EverPresent next month”

When their work converting all the CD’s of videos and photos was complete, I requested an email of download links, which was easier for me. I had it within 5 minutes of my phone request. I expected updates, progress reports, possible evaluations. I got none. The only contact was when I initiated and I simply got a call center with generic info. Of course, I was promptly contacted for payment.
For the price I paid, I expected better service, unfortunately that wasn’t the case.
My films were digitized, most came out ok, but some were overexposed or under, I wasn’t informed until I received them.”

“Recently I discovered the DVD's of my daughter's baby videos were missing. I was devistated. I didn't know what to do. Then I remembered I still had a box of old VHS tapes. I found two of the baby tapes. I found Everpresent online. The process was simple. I dropped them off at a Minuteman Press location and Everpresent came to pick them up. I was releaved to know they would not be put in the mail and possibly be lost for good. I was pleasently surprised with the results of my videos. It didn't take long and they turned out great. I would definately use them again.”
