“From the time I first dropped off our family’s precious photo albums, through their appraisal and scanning, and having them return shipped today, I never wondered where my project was. The albums arrived today - well packed and protected - and I Already had viewed the full-page scans on EverPresent site, so I knew the project was a success. You may not need to extend their complementary 60 day hosting of a project to 365 days, but for $15 I found it useful and gave me much more time to determine who in the family get which albums.
100% will use them again and have already planned to send the remaining albums to EverPresent next month”
“The people I dealt with at EVERPRESENT were terrific. Very friendly. I sent my home super-8 movies to them with the idea that the film would be cleaned and possibly resorted. The files came to me a bit late which was OK but the lint and debris were seen on all of the files sent to me. The films were made on different cameras so the debris looks to me to have been on their machines.”
“I found the process of converting negatives to digital to be a mixed bag. The process is difficult and has many challenges to overcome. Took about 3 weeks after submitting the negatives to hear from the company. Every person I spoke with was not a native English speaker. I was asked to upgrade from standard pricing which I did. Then for some reason the price increased and the project was stopped until a couple more dollars was paid. Four pictures from 1 strip of negatives cost about $95 to convert to digital. That’s considerably more than the competition. Despite all those concerns I am very happy with the quality of the results.”
“We are not sure how things went off the rails so badly, but we are pretty unhappy with EP at the moment.
First, our completed project was returned in a PADDED ENVELOPE. Why does EP even have these around as there is nothing that should ever be returned in these.
We immediately raised the issue and never received an explanation on how this happened - complete silence. This is a significant failure in their process and quality control.
Additionally-
1. EP did not send us the USB drive with the return of our photos/documents. Again a failure on their quality control. We asked several times for a tracking number or status update and again, silence. It was several weeks before the USB drive showed up. We are unable to think of any reason for this to have happened.
2. We believed we were very clear that some of the matted photos had handwriting on the back, and it was important that this information be captured; this was not done.
3. We looked at the images of the captured photos and are unhappy with the image quality as several of them have distinct shadows from the matte (the old photos were in matted frames and could not be removed). The shadows are from uneven lighting - much like one could get using a hand held camera and a single table lamp. Our expectations were that there would be studio quality lighting, and that was not the case.
We've had EP do other projects for us in the past and were happy, but it is obvious that the company has changed some of their processes and the quality is not the same. Suggest everyone be careful and try and get a written summary of what you are asking them to do.”
“I have engaged EVERPRESENT multiple times to scan old negatives and slides. The folks there perform exactly as they promise. The only room for improvement that I can think of is to rein in their prices, which in some situations have made the decision to engage them a very difficult one.”

“I used this service for the first time and am very happy and satisfied after working with EverPresent to restore old family videos from when my husband was a child. It brought much joy to our family!
While working on the project, I enjoyed excellent customer service by phone and email apprising me of the step-by-step process and costs/fees associated with the project. I also appreciate that EverPresent utilizes a business close to my home which allowed for easy drop-off and pick-up.
I will happily use EverPresent again and wholeheartedly recommend this business to others!”
“We have had a mix of vsh tapes and camcorder tapes transferred into a flash drive . The tapes were old . Our experience with Everpresent was great! The technicians kept us updated through the whole process with informative information regarding the process. I have recommended Everpresent to my friends .
We love using the flash drive and watch our beautiful memories ! Thank you everyone”
Thank you for the kind words, Deborah! We’re glad the updates throughout the process were helpful. Thanks so much for recommending us to your friends so they can preserve their video memories too!

“This was a pleasant experience. Communication is excellent. The quality of the conversion was better than I expected. Staff were friendly and professional and knowledgeable.
Timing could have been a bit better but the task I bestowed on EverPresent was a difficult one with VCR tapes and 8mm films. They did as good a job as I could have expected. If you have difficult video conversion tasks, you would be satisfied with the service provided by EverPresent.”
Thank you for the kind words, David! We’re glad the communication and quality met your expectations and that the VCR tapes and 8mm films were handled as you hoped.
Best regards,
The EverPresent Team
“The work was professional, especially considering the condition of the material I sent them was in. They were very prompt in transferring my memories.”
Thank you for the kind words, Carolyn. We’re glad the work met your expectations and that the memories were transferred promptly despite the condition of the material.
Best regards,
The EverPresent Team
“Great serv, ice. Kept you informed of progress. Only "problem" - wish they allowed you to edit the film using their website as I don't have the technical ability. Too many piano reciitals where recorded!”
“They did an excellent job ! I have used them for two projects and am very happy with their work. I had some old slides I found when cleaning the basement and it is so nice to have these digitized . I also had them convert some old tapes I found in a camcorder and to have these memories preserved is really special. I highly recommend their work.”
“The response to my request was very fast and efficient. Unfortunately, the VHS tape we found was corrupted so we did not get the results we were hoping for, but it was not because of EverPresent’s processing. We would use them again if we find more old tapes!”
“Everpresent did a great job of seamlessly digitizing my old panoramic photo of a 1929 high school graduating class. However, while I sent the original rolled in a firm mailing tube, they returned it in a box with bubble wrap. This resulted in a partial "crush" of the original photo with some slight creasing.”
“I didn’t know that EverPresent would do such a great and professional job. My two adult children love watching the time of when they were small and seeing their grandparents at holiday gatherings. The process was professional and kept me informed of how the process was progressing. Thank you !”
“The product delivered by everpresent met all of my expectations, but what I’ll always remember is their excellent customer service and very reasonable prices. In all of these ways, the company exceeded expectations! Highly recommend.”
“You did the best you could with 50 and 60 year old real to real tapes. Putting that music and vows on thumb drives makes the wedding ceremony current for the next generation. Thank you”
“Expensive and not detailed review of images since some slides etc were reversed. I haven't had time to go thru to pull out the ones that have issues.”
