“From the time I first dropped off our family’s precious photo albums, through their appraisal and scanning, and having them return shipped today, I never wondered where my project was. The albums arrived today - well packed and protected - and I Already had viewed the full-page scans on EverPresent site, so I knew the project was a success. You may not need to extend their complementary 60 day hosting of a project to 365 days, but for $15 I found it useful and gave me much more time to determine who in the family get which albums.
100% will use them again and have already planned to send the remaining albums to EverPresent next month”

“No one contacted me when my discs were ready to be picked up; only found out about it when the request for a review of the service came in! Anyway, it is incredible that my old and much loved music cassettes - one of a friend's old, now-defunct band, the other of a freebie mix handed out by a now-defunct music store - were mined and put on cd's and are as fresh as when the cassettes were first manufacured. I am totally happy with the service and even the price!”
“Like many or most other people I have a collection of old photos at home. Some of my photos date back to nearly 100 years.
I've recently come to realize the importance of digitizing my collection as a backup. If a photo is lost or degrades over time, there's no to go back in time to retake it. Additionally, a digital photo library is more convenient and portable than boxes or albums full of photos.
I've sent Everpresent two batches of photos earlier this year, am quite pleased with the results, and plan to continue working with Everpresent as I proceed with this project over the next few years.”
“The quality of the transfers is very good. The only reason I am not giving 5 stars is because I am having such trouble logging in to my account from my laptop. If I don't use the app from my phone, I simply cannot find a way in from the Everpresent home page. Some help would be greatly appreciated, and my apologies if I am missing something obvious.”
“The final slide show was great. There seemed to be some miscommunication about my wanting a slide show at one point. Also, I thought I had confirmed the project on the phone. It wasn't clear that I needed to respond via email. This delayed the project and I received the 2 USBs just a couple of days before the event. I couldn't do a trial run with the projector at the venue ahead of time.
The representatives were all very pleasant.
I understand that I couldn't always speak to the same person when I called, however that might have contributed to some confusion with the slide show and the confirmation.

When I used this service several years earlier, it was much more straight forward. It feels like a lot of unnecessary bs was adding for the sake of c appearance/marketing.
