“From the time I first dropped off our family’s precious photo albums, through their appraisal and scanning, and having them return shipped today, I never wondered where my project was. The albums arrived today - well packed and protected - and I Already had viewed the full-page scans on EverPresent site, so I knew the project was a success. You may not need to extend their complementary 60 day hosting of a project to 365 days, but for $15 I found it useful and gave me much more time to determine who in the family get which albums.
100% will use them again and have already planned to send the remaining albums to EverPresent next month”
“Everpresent did a commendable job converting 8mm film to DVD.
However, I'm unable to view the film for a reason I don't know.
Perhaps I don't have the correct DVD player or it's an issue with my system.
If I could receive advice on how to correct the problem, it would be greatly appreciated.

“I really want to like this service but I am struggling to download the videos and when watching on the app the videos get stuck (streaming). I paid a lot of money to have these VHS tapes converted and I'm somewhat disappointed.”
“This is the second frequest for a review, but I still do not have my CDs. On 2 September I was notified the CDs were ready for pickup. They were not there. I was told they would be in the next delivery. They did not arrive. Are they lost? I surely will be reluctant to risk losing anything else. “I requested a CD to be made of an album that had six (6) songs on each side. What I received was a CD with one long track for each side, not individual songs separated out into track01, track02, track03, etc. So if I want to hear song #5 from side A I need to listen to song 1, 2, 3, and 4 before I get to song 5. Inserting into my CD player gives me not only 12 songs across only two tracks but the scratchy sound BETWEEN the songs as well. VERY disappointed in this formatting, and i feel a Middle-School student could have done a better job. From the time I shipped to the time I received it back you had 60 days to work on this and this is all you can come up with? Never does anyone get a CD of music that isn't separated into individual tracks, it's not something that a customer should have to ask for, it's that common. And at $100 to do this it would have been cheaper for me to buy a turntable and rip this myself. The label on the CD doesn't even list the songs, let alone in their order, so without the original album cover there's no way to know which song is which. The cheap CD case doesn't even have a place to put a printed sleeve.
There is no way I would ever recommend your services to anyone and there's no way I would call this a professional job. You should be embarassed.”

“I brought in 35 year old live cassette recordings and they made them sound amazing in digital. They really could not sound much better.
I brought in 6 different recordings and 5 were amazing and the last one had “chompers” that simply could not be silenced then, or now… nothing they could have done. But they tried and even that one, much of it is great.
Will likely bring in more just to make everything I can digital and “forever”.”

“I sent a follow-up item to an existing order thinking it was safe, but EverPresent lost a page in a sensitive document and I had to call and email dozens of times to hear changing stories until finally they claimed they didn't process it (even though it was in a new box) because my payment didn't go through and no one ever told me. They did admit fault and was willing to pay but I never got the check in the mail after weeks! The president did pay me via PayPal but other members of the staff? Not a word of explanation. Don't know what happened to that check but shows they have in my opinion, a serious process, communication and possibly physical security issue. DO NOT USE THEM UNLESS YOU TRACK EVERYTHING VERY CAREFULLY ON YOUR OWN AND ARE ON TOP OF THEM THE WHOLE TIME. All I got was a bunch of scans of my pics (not even paper copies!) which you can do yourself going to a Fed Ex Office or even a good public library. Don't spend the money and share with them your personal stuff. It's way overpriced and a security risk. Since I don't have proof they are responsible losing it and I don't want to hire police or lawyer (I'm too poor and busy), I will leave it to you to decide the truth. I also did report this to BBB.”
“I contacted this company about a large project involving a thousand DVDs. During my initial call two weeks ago, I was promised that a formal proposal would be emailed to me “shortly.” No estimate was provided, just that promise.
After hearing nothing for two weeks, I called back yesterday and spoke with the same representative. Instead of a proposal, I received excuses for why it had never been sent, along with a renewed assurance that it would arrive by end of business. That deadline passed without any communication.
This morning, I called again to confirm that the proposal had at least been sent to the correct email address. I was then told, yet again, that it had not been sent at all.
At this point, I have serious doubts about this company’s professionalism and reliability. If they cannot manage a simple quote or meet their own promised deadlines, I fear their actual product and service would reflect the same lack of care.”
