“From the time I first dropped off our family’s precious photo albums, through their appraisal and scanning, and having them return shipped today, I never wondered where my project was. The albums arrived today - well packed and protected - and I Already had viewed the full-page scans on EverPresent site, so I knew the project was a success. You may not need to extend their complementary 60 day hosting of a project to 365 days, but for $15 I found it useful and gave me much more time to determine who in the family get which albums.
100% will use them again and have already planned to send the remaining albums to EverPresent next month”

“Excellent company with which to deal. Drop off at my local framing store. Details were given by the framing store owner of how Everpresent will handle my conversions from VHS to USB drive. Pickup from the framing store was quick. I received an email from Everpresent shortly thereafter saying had received my tapes. They continued to contact me as my tapes went through their process. When completed, they let me know, and shortly thereafter, they were dropped off at the designated framing store, where I picked them up.
They did a great job in converting the tapes. We have enjoyed watching them and reliving memories. Job well done. Btw, they also credited me $5 for an initial overcharge. Honesty in this day and age is rare.”
“I am disappointed. First I received an extra charge that nearly doubled the cost midway through the project because I had 5 mini DVDs This was already known to yo at the beginning. Secondly I thought there would be some editing. In fact within the tape were several blank minutes of a black screen.”
