“From the time I first dropped off our family’s precious photo albums, through their appraisal and scanning, and having them return shipped today, I never wondered where my project was. The albums arrived today - well packed and protected - and I Already had viewed the full-page scans on EverPresent site, so I knew the project was a success. You may not need to extend their complementary 60 day hosting of a project to 365 days, but for $15 I found it useful and gave me much more time to determine who in the family get which albums.
100% will use them again and have already planned to send the remaining albums to EverPresent next month”
“The 8 mm reels were clearly labeled for correct and chronological order and the first one was from 1970 and the 1959 and 1958 and now they are all spliced together in a chaotic order. Plus. 3 of the reels were not digitized but sent back with no explanation

“I had a cassette restored from 40+ years ago. It’s still very difficult to make out the conversation from the original interview, I can at least tell it is my grandmother’s voice and I can now make out some of the conversation. The recording is better than before with less static noise. However, videos Ever Present restored for us in the past from VHS tapes were of very high quality.”

When their work converting all the CD’s of videos and photos was complete, I requested an email of download links, which was easier for me. I had it within 5 minutes of my phone request.
