“From the time I first dropped off our family’s precious photo albums, through their appraisal and scanning, and having them return shipped today, I never wondered where my project was. The albums arrived today - well packed and protected - and I Already had viewed the full-page scans on EverPresent site, so I knew the project was a success. You may not need to extend their complementary 60 day hosting of a project to 365 days, but for $15 I found it useful and gave me much more time to determine who in the family get which albums.
100% will use them again and have already planned to send the remaining albums to EverPresent next month”
“EverPresent did a great job with our VCRs, some of which were older than 40 years. EverPresent digitized them quickly and kept us informed as to their progress. It was wonderful to be kept informed while they were doing their job.
We dropped our VCRs off at a local shop, so it was also very convenient.”
“Almost canceled. Had a phone meeting set up to discuss the job. Received a call marked as "possible robocall." Did not pick up, then realized it was the scheduled call and contacted Everpresent. Was told the agent "must be away from her desk" and would call back. After 30 minutes, I called Everpresent again. Was told I'd missed my appopintment and would have to reschedule. No apologies. The implied message was "We're really too busy to be concerned about you."
The digitalizations were fine. But quite expensive after all the "fees." Over $4 per slide instead of the .98 on the promo material.
Would not recommend.”
“I had three very old albums, one a double record, that were more than forty years old, and had been played quite often when new with the expected wear and tear. I had tried to digitize them some years ago. My result had every fault you can imagine: skips, scratches, and just plain noise; a very bad result.
I found EverPresent on-line and decided to give them a shot. While the process took longer than I hoped, the result was truly amazing. While they claim the digitized files were of average quality, they are much better than expected: none of the noise, scratches, skips, etc. They did an amazing job, though, as I said, it took longer than I hoped, but with results this good, the wait was worth it.
During the entire engagement, EverPresent kept me informed of what was happening, their evaluation of the input (four records in not good condition), and expected output (mp3 & wav files and CDs).
While they are not inexpensive, the results were worth the cost in both time and money. I strongly recommend them for their care and attention to providing the customer, me, with the best possible result.”
“Start Oct, 2025 - Initial content creation great! Follow up a complete dud!
Started mid 11/25, now I'm over a month out from the actual 1/9/2026 completion (email notify of online content access with app) and have no idea when my initial media might return home with the USB containing ALL content. It's ... I have no idea. My 60-day access to the Everpersent site is nearly lapsed.. , 20 some odd days left. Forced to creat my own share links to download manually to confirm I can retain paid-for content!! No personal contact for 71 days, since the initial sales pitch. This after they requested a premium to "finish in time for the holidays". Professional production, but garbage follow through.”
“My wife and I have had mini cassettes stashed away for 18 years. I ran across them, and thought this would be the best Christmas gift. I researched high, and low for a company to do this tedious job.I chose Everpresent, and boy did I make the right choice.
Everpresent went through the 9 cassettes, and gave me a thumbnail dive with 7 hours of lost memories. My wife spent hours, both laughing, and crying.it really was the best present I’ve given my wife.
I want to thank you from the bottom of my heart. I’m sure there a lot of people whom have various forms media with memories. Please gather them, and get busy doing the right thing. The best part is I didn’t even have to mail the cassettes. They were picked up, and driven to Maryland. Then driven back, with all the cassettes, and my thumbnail drive.
Thanks again EVERPRESENT,
Pete Hayes”
“i payed 80 dollars to transfer a vhs tape to a dvd i wish had not not done it the dvd is bad bad sound it went from being to lound to not lound enough the picture quality is bad i was not happy with the result”
“Very good service, especially when putting such trust in people with valuable items. My only suggestion would be to more clear with pricing, as soon as able with starting a project process. Great work overall! Very nice that we can do this.”
“I am very happy and recommend Everpresent to save your memories for your family. VHS and even camcorder film were transferred to a USB for my family to watch our precious moments. Very reasonable and helpful with questions and concerns. Turn around time was within 3 weeks for me. Bey appreciative to the team at Everpresent!!”
“AVOID THIS DODGY BUSINESS! This business is a Kafkaesque nightmare! Especially if you live in the NYC or Boston area, you can get these kinds of services for a fraction of what they charge and without being subjected to harassment for con artists.
After dropping off my materials to be scanned I waited ten days for an email telling me to call them for a consultation. Upon calling I was directed to a call center where they awkwardly read from a script and then put me on hold for an available consultant, before coming back to tell me that none were available and I should call back. The second attempt was the same only this time they took my phone number and said they would call back. Unfortunately I missed the call, I called them right back was put on hold again and was told no consultation was available but to try again tomorrow. Frustrated I emailed them and asked if we could do the transaction by email, the next day I received a call from a “consultant” who was actually just a sales person that didn’t understand the order and wouldn’t listen as I tried to explain what I needed, as she kept interrupting me with upsell pitches. When I finally got through to her that what I wanted was simply two 600ppi scans, she put me on hold presumably to adjust the quote, then we were disconnected. The next morning I woke up to an email from her with an invoice containing services I hadn’t asked for totaling 118.70 and a turn around time of 3 to four weeks. I quickly emailed her back and told her that I simply wanted two photographs scanned and didn’t need all the other things and that if she would adjust the invoice to reflect only the services I needed I would pay it asap. Later that evening she called and left a message saying that the invoice was for exactly what I requested and I should pay it . The I sent her the following email:”Good morning, as I mentioned in our initial phone conversation as well as my follow up email I did not ask for CD/DVD Transfer! (21.99). I also do not need two USB drives (19.99 each)
So if you will kindly remove those charges and send me an updated invoice I will promptly send you the payment.
Thank you.”
After another email I sent them payment of 75.47 for 2 hi reps scans, this included a 50$ service fee!? BUT WAIT IT GETS WORSE, I received no confirmation for payment, instead after another two days I received another email asking me for payment. I promptly emailed them back explaining I had paid and after another day I received another email saying they would check into it in two to three business days. This is where we are now, so go to the ups store or anywhere else but unless you want to get robbed and frustrated beyond avoid this mess of a company!”
“I have had two projects done at Everpresent and both came out great! One was 8mm film from over 60 years ago and I was so happy with the results. The second project was camcorder tapes over 20 years old. It’s so nice to have all these memories readily available to watch on the computer or the TV. I highly recommend Everpresent for any of your digital transfer needs. They are a great team to work with, very knowledgeable and friendly staff. Do it today, you won’t be disappointed!”
“Very professional service. My reels that are over 50 years old were handled with care. The staff answered all of my questions and the transfer was done in a timely manner. The quality is amazing! Thank you for encapsulating a family treasure.”
“Absolutely impressed with your quality of work ! My brothers and I couldn’t be happier with the results of what our grandparents did with the 16 mm movies from the fifties and your expertise to make our childhood experiences a reality to share with others generations. Much laughter and joy is the result. Plan on bringing more 16 mm movies to you in the future. Hats off to you and your crew . Outstanding job ! 👍”
