From the time I first dropped off our family’s precious photo albums, through their appraisal and scanning, and having them return shipped today, I never wondered where my project was. The albums arrived today - well packed and protected - and I Already had viewed the full-page scans on EverPresent site, so I knew the project was a success. You may not need to extend their complementary 60 day hosting of a project to 365 days, but for $15 I found it useful and gave me much more time to determine who in the family get which albums. 100% will use them again and have already planned to send the remaining albums to EverPresent next month

It was very expensive!!! $100.00... for 2 tape conversions....& it took 2 months to get back!!!...not the companies,fault,but their was also corrosion in both tapes too..which I didn't see..even though they were kept in climate controlled housing for almost...40 years!!!

Had a hi-8 tape from 2002 lol they gave it back to me and had all the footage put onto a usb thumb drive and I can watch it right from their site and download on my phone if I want too, all for under $100. Only took a few weeks to do it all. Easy drop off and they always email you to tell you the status of your project.

I found Ever Present to be great communicators and I was happy with the quality of the finished product. I just felt they were a bit expensive for what I had done.

Amazing overall experience. The project was finished WAY before our estimated completion date. The video quality was so much clearer than we expected. And in the end the price was less than estimated. They did try to upsell during the contract phase of the project, which I didn’t care for, but at the same time, the options I went for were worth it, so I’m glad they brought those options to my attention. I highly recommend Everpresent.

We are so happy with our results from Everpresent. The whole family is enjoying watching our old videos on a big screen tv and without doing the conversion we may never have watched these videos again. Truly priceless!

This company did a fantatic job for me. I had old color slides and VERY OLD B&W negatives from medieval manuscripts. I needed high resolution, high quality scans for the illustrations for the publication of my book. The publisher was very pleased with the scans I submitted. Cannot thank enough Everpresent for a quality work. I will definitely use them again and recommend to my friends.

Ever Present is a good service and a plus for old film heads like me that need to archive old work in a digital format. That said the customer service could improve greatly by streamlining the process, the number of people you have to talk to, the number of phone calls you have to accept and to make; customer service then intake then an estimator and then have to wait at least a month regardless of project scope and volume. That’s a deal breaker for me even though I’m not a working professional. My time is valuable to me and having to repeat the same information over and over again is a turn off.

Excellent customer service was provided at my local office. The products were also very good; however, the technicians were unable to digitize one out of six VHS video tapes from 1989. I guess it's a good outcome considering the year they were taped. I was expecting more; they offered constant contact and updates while working on your material, but provided no communication afterward. The prices at my local office were different from those on the website. I informed the consultant from MA, but instead of telling me that they would honor the lowest price, he immediately stated that they had changed the prices. As a result, I only gave them 5 VHS tapes for the first experience. I read in another review that they charge the additional fees without consulting you and using your credit card. Unfortunately, they did the same with my account. I would not mind paying the extra ($15 each video) for a cleaning and $50 for handling, but I did not sign up for automatic payment using my card, Did they kept the CCV number in their system? Be mindful of the additional fees you may incur; from the initial 22-dollar digitizing each videotape (basic option, price from website), I end up paying 60 dollars each (Total invoice divided by 5).

It looks like the tapes we digitized for you were PAL/International format which we consider a non-standard format and the pricing differs from our base rate. Fortunately, you came to one of the few digitizing companies equipped to handle this type of format, and we're glad we could assist. That said, we regret that we didn’t communicate the process more clearly. It’s our standard process to settle payment upon project completion using the card we have on file as stated in our Client Agreement form. Even so, it’s on us to ensure expectations are clearly set from the beginning, and we’ll work on improving that. We truly value your input and thank you again for choosing EverPresent.
