“Why are you asking for a review? I still don't have my video back! Not the original, not the thumb drive - and it's been 2.5 months. You said it was done a month ago - apparently it has missed the weekly delivery truck at least 4 time in a row.
Come on guys.”
“Great job! I was impressed with the service and communication about the process. The finished project was returned to me in good order and very nicely labeled and packaged.”
“Iām a repeat customer. I had an old photo album with pictures from nearly a hundred years ago. I took pictures of the pictures as a backup, and was amazed how much higher quality everpresent was able to produce! They left everything intact. The whole experience was lovely.”
Hi Craig,
Thank you so much for working with us again. Weāre so glad we could help better preserve your photo album - they're one of our favorite formats to work with because we know how tricky they can be to handle at home!

“Recently I discovered the DVD's of my daughter's baby videos were missing. I was devistated. I didn't know what to do. Then I remembered I still had a box of old VHS tapes. I found two of the baby tapes. I found Everpresent online. The process was simple. I dropped them off at a Minuteman Press location and Everpresent came to pick them up. I was releaved to know they would not be put in the mail and possibly be lost for good. I was pleasently surprised with the results of my videos. It didn't take long and they turned out great. I would definately use them again.”
Hi Erma,
We're so glad you found the original VHS tapes to transfer for safekeeping! What a relief. We look forward to working with you again to preserve any other photo or video memories you have!

“If the result was going to be poor and unwatchable, you should have sent it back and told me. That would have been honest. I would have respected that.”
“Where do I begin? I watched the first one which was of my third child. They are all adults now. The videos just bring those times right back.
After many years saying to myself that I need to take care of the 37 year old VHS tapes, I FINALLY did it! 75 of them!
The āpeopleā were so āregularāā¦.personable, that I dealt with.
I did not realize that the tapes would all be on my device ready to download!”
Hi Kathryn,
We know it can be a tough project to start, but we're so glad you trusted us to help you finish! Enjoy reliving all the video tape memories!

“My project was to clean, enhance and digitalize a record disc from 1942. One side is my Mom singing, the other, some unknown man singing. "Before reading instructions, they determined the project was the man singing" and produced only the wrong side of the disc. When I complained, the project went to re-evaluation, "don't call us, we'll call you". One month later they acknowledged the error, and offered to re-do it, "since you never picked up your order". I had picked up my order and refused to drop it off again, since they lost track of it. I asked for a refund, was ghosted, so my credit card took care of it. If it's important, irreplaceable and you expect customer service by phone or e-mail, go elsewhere...”
Hi Deb,
Weāre honored you trusted us with your video transfers and that youāre happy with the results. Thank you for sharing your kind words with others!

“It's a joy and amazing to see 16mm home videos my grandpa took on 1959! It's truly something I can't describe in words. I've had these home movies for years but couldn't view them. My Grandpa passed over 30 years ago, Grandma went 6 years ago. Watching them back when they were a young couple is a wonderful experience. But nothing compared to my mom's reaction. Priceless!”
Hi Ryan,
It truly is priceless to get to see these faces again! Weāre so glad you were able to relive those moments with your mom. Thank you so much for sharing this with us!

“The people I dealt with at EVERPRESENT were terrific. Very friendly. I sent my home super-8 movies to them with the idea that the film would be cleaned and possibly resorted. The files came to me a bit late which was OK but the lint and debris were seen on all of the files sent to me. The films were made on different cameras so the debris looks to me to have been on their machines.”
Hi Bob! Thank you for chatting with me earlier. As mentioned I've requested an evaluation of your project to see if we can improve the outcome of the super-8 movies. We will be touch very soon.
“I found the process of converting negatives to digital to be a mixed bag. The process is difficult and has many challenges to overcome. Took about 3 weeks after submitting the negatives to hear from the company. Every person I spoke with was not a native English speaker. I was asked to upgrade from standard pricing which I did. Then for some reason the price increased and the project was stopped until a couple more dollars was paid. Four pictures from 1 strip of negatives cost about $95 to convert to digital. Thatās considerably more than the competition. Despite all those concerns I am very happy with the quality of the results.”
Hi Debbie,
Thank you for the kind words! Weāre thrilled our team successfully helped bring back your family memories!
Warm regards,

“We are not sure how things went off the rails so badly, but we are pretty unhappy with EP at the moment.
First, our completed project was returned in a PADDED ENVELOPE. Why does EP even have these around as there is nothing that should ever be returned in these.
We immediately raised the issue and never received an explanation on how this happened - complete silence. This is a significant failure in their process and quality control.
Additionally-
1. EP did not send us the USB drive with the return of our photos/documents. Again a failure on their quality control. We asked several times for a tracking number or status update and again, silence. It was several weeks before the USB drive showed up. We are unable to think of any reason for this to have happened.
2. We believed we were very clear that some of the matted photos had handwriting on the back, and it was important that this information be captured; this was not done.
3. We looked at the images of the captured photos and are unhappy with the image quality as several of them have distinct shadows from the matte (the old photos were in matted frames and could not be removed). The shadows are from uneven lighting - much like one could get using a hand held camera and a single table lamp. Our expectations were that there would be studio quality lighting, and that was not the case.
We've had EP do other projects for us in the past and were happy, but it is obvious that the company has changed some of their processes and the quality is not the same. Suggest everyone be careful and try and get a written summary of what you are asking them to do.”
