“Working with Everpresent was easy. I was able to go to the studio to drop off my old family tapes from the 1950's and receive a revised, and better quality images on a cd.
Everpresent customer service was with me the whole time, and it was completed in a short amount of time. I am happy with the final project.”
“This was my first time using Everpresent, and I used them for transferring very old family cassettes to digital. The process at first seemed a bit daunting with various pricing scenarios depending on who you spoke with. It all fell into place in the end, but it felt like a leap of faith at times. It was very reassuring to have the pick-up and drop-off in a well-known storefront location. Everything was neatly packaged for me to pick-up, including the originals and all the files on a USB drive. I was expecting a bit more quality on the sound transfer since I had paid for a digital sound upgrade for a process that took 6 weeks to complete!
I was pleased with the end-product and everything is safely transferred to digital, but not enough to earn 5-Stars this time around.”
“My interactions with Louis Wong were excellent and it is the main reason why I recommend Ever-Present [E-P]. Mr. Wong followed up with all the questions including any issues or concerns I had promptly and concisely. I also appreciated the updates sent as the project went through the various production phases. In addition, being a local business, I was very glad to support E-P over the other similar business in which the person-to-person client/business contact and relations are handled in an impersonal method.

“I am satisfied with the service you provided. But, as a former graphics professional, I would have preferred to talk to a tech guy who had to look up prices than a customer service person who had to look up the tech.”
“I had six 58 year old audio tapes moved to three flashdrives. The work was done professionally with updates provided through the process. The work was completed well within the quoted time frame. They consisted of conversations between my wife and me during the war in Viet Nam and as such were quite precious. I had the copies made for my two sons in orde for them to have a glimpse into their parents lives before we were their parents. I am extremely well pleased with the work done by Everpresent.”
“I found Ever Present to be great communicators and I was happy with the quality of the finished product. I just felt they were a bit expensive for what I had done.”
“Ever Present is a good service and a plus for old film heads like me that need to archive old work in a digital format. That said the customer service could improve greatly by streamlining the process, the number of people you have to talk to, the number of phone calls you have to accept and to make; customer service then intake then an estimator and then have to wait at least a month regardless of project scope and volume. That’s a deal breaker for me even though I’m not a working professional. My time is valuable to me and having to repeat the same information over and over again is a turn off.”
“They pickup the tapes as promised and delivered them back as promised.
They communicated with me by phone and email as to the progress and their expected outcome. My vhs tape were 20+ years old and some of the quality of the tapes were not showing their age. Everpresent gave their best effort to restore them as much as possible.”
“The film on the reels were over 55 years old. We had no idea what was on them. It brought back memories. I only wish the camera operator (dad) operated the lighting a little better.”
“My only complaint is that the tapes ( 17 ) were not wound up to the beginning. In addition one of the CD's had a camera lock on it preventing me from winding the tape to the beginning. I would appreciate instructions on the later.”
“My project was handled very professionally. I was informed by email every step of the transfer of my 2 videocassettes onto one uSB. The project was completed fairly quickly too. Given the age of the videocassettes, I was pleased with the outcome.”
“Grear job turning our family's 35mm films into digital. The wait is long and they are not cheap. I would shop around for other companies that may be able to complete a project quicker and a bit more reasonable especially for home movies.”
“Technically the digitization of my super 8 movie was fine but communications have been poor . Phone calls were never returned& the phone messages were confusing & sending you in a loop . I feel the cost could be lesser”
