“The quality of the transfers is very good. The only reason I am not giving 5 stars is because I am having such trouble logging in to my account from my laptop. If I don't use the app from my phone, I simply cannot find a way in from the Everpresent home page. Some help would be greatly appreciated, and my apologies if I am missing something obvious.”
“The final slide show was great. There seemed to be some miscommunication about my wanting a slide show at one point. Also, I thought I had confirmed the project on the phone. It wasn't clear that I needed to respond via email. This delayed the project and I received the 2 USBs just a couple of days before the event. I couldn't do a trial run with the projector at the venue ahead of time.
The representatives were all very pleasant.
I understand that I couldn't always speak to the same person when I called, however that might have contributed to some confusion with the slide show and the confirmation.
I would recommend EverPresent to family and friends.”
“Project submitted 08/08/2025: Project availabe for pick up 10/09/2025. On 09/12/2025 was notified by EverPresent project was digitized, reviewed and being sent to the packaging department to return to me. After awhile became oncerned the product was not being sent and followed with several calls (plus one E-Mail) being advised the project was still being processed. On 10/01/ and 10/02/2025 talked with EverPresent (Louis) and he was kind enough to check into the delay. With his help the project became avaiable for pick up on 10/09.(Delay???) I am happy with the final product.”
“The quality of the scanned photos was better than expected and I got the project back (366 photos) sooner than the promised date. The only issue was they were not in the order I sent so I did have to do some rearranging. All the folks I worked with/spoke to were wonderful and knowledgeable.”

“The reproduction is very good. I thought the focus would be a little sharper but, then again, the films were shot with a consumer movie camera in the mid 1950's so I suppose that's the best you can get considering the age and non-professional source material.”

“This was my first time using Everpresent, and I used them for transferring very old family cassettes to digital. The process at first seemed a bit daunting with various pricing scenarios depending on who you spoke with. It all fell into place in the end, but it felt like a leap of faith at times. It was very reassuring to have the pick-up and drop-off in a well-known storefront location. Everything was neatly packaged for me to pick-up, including the originals and all the files on a USB drive. I was expecting a bit more quality on the sound transfer since I had paid for a digital sound upgrade for a process that took 6 weeks to complete!
I was pleased with the end-product and everything is safely transferred to digital, but not enough to earn 5-Stars this time around.”

“I had six 58 year old audio tapes moved to three flashdrives. The work was done professionally with updates provided through the process. The work was completed well within the quoted time frame. They consisted of conversations between my wife and me during the war in Viet Nam and as such were quite precious. I had the copies made for my two sons in orde for them to have a glimpse into their parents lives before we were their parents. I am extremely well pleased with the work done by Everpresent.”

“Ever Present is a good service and a plus for old film heads like me that need to archive old work in a digital format. That said the customer service could improve greatly by streamlining the process, the number of people you have to talk to, the number of phone calls you have to accept and to make; customer service then intake then an estimator and then have to wait at least a month regardless of project scope and volume. That’s a deal breaker for me even though I’m not a working professional. My time is valuable to me and having to repeat the same information over and over again is a turn off.”
