“was a very diferent busness deal! But it was a pleasant ending. I'm not used to paying up front and not seeing the product being purchsed. I was away hunting three weeks and when returning home I was pleasently suprised with the product. I'm not a computer person! I would be sending another order to be processed. I will be 88 this coming may and will not learn more computer skills.
I would like to learn how to share the film with friends.
If you can direct me in this proscess I would appricate it.

“The work was excellent. Some of the policies made the whole project take a bit longer than I would have liked, but I understand why they are what they are.”
“Very good media transfers. Very good communication (maybe excessive!). Two complaints: 1. I was told the job would be finished and ready for pickup on Dec. 20. It was ready for pickup two weeks early. I felt like I was rushed to pick up the job, located at an inconvenient shop. 2. Instead of giving me a deadline to pick up the job before it was sent back to Everpresent, the message simply said I must pick it up 'soon'.”
“After finding a shoebox full of 8 mm films from many years ago, we were really excited to see what might be on them. It felt really scary to just hand over these precious memories to anyone so I’m really glad we found Everpresent. They gave me peace of mind every step of the way. The cost was reasonable for what they do, and I really appreciated the great service. I may have been able to get it done quicker and cheaper from other services, but I didn’t have the same confidence that they would be handled properly. So grateful that we now have these memories to cherish. They have the experience and the professionalism that I needed to move forward on that project. I subtracted one star because after the project was completed and we were waiting for the package, I sent them multiple emails checking on the address because I was concerned that they were going to send the videos to the wrong address and no one ever got back to me. They were really great staying in touch with me until I paid, but it wasn’t the end of the world and I didn’t worry about it. The CDs and USB drives went to the wrong address. We had a unique situation and I doubt other customers would experience that issue. I’m hoping they had a reasonable excuse for not responding to my emails. Overall, I’m extremely happy and would highly recommend them.”

“Took awhile for us to get on the same page but after that things went smooth and the quality was good.
It would be nice if a person could schedule a call with a tech as I often missed the call backs due to my poor phone connection.

“The copies of my over-size photos are excellent. I'm very happy with the results. My only complaint is that the sompany seems a bit disorganized. They kept mixing up my order with other customers and it took a bit of time to get it all corrected. Also, I had specifically requested that the backs of the photos not be copied, but they did that anyway. Not sure if they charged me for that or not.”
“My only complaint focusses on the diminiative thumb drives and equally tiny hub to connect with a lanyard. Aged arthritic hands have difficulty handling them. That is the reason I give 4 stars.
Your intermediary in Dartmouth--Gatlin's--is convenient and personnel are pleasant to work with. I like the fact that humans handle the pick-up and drop off rather than shipping via UPS or USPS.”
“The drop off of my slides was convenient at one of Everpresent's satellites. Communication from representatives kept me informed of the process. I was not aware that I would have to download Tango to receive my pictures. Being technologically challenged I wish I had know this prior to selecting having my pictures sent to me. I had to select receiving my pictures on a thumb drive which caused a delay and additional expense. When I finally received my pictures, they were great. I had not shared these photos with my brother for 50 years and was able to do so. I have another project that is from 1968 which will be coming your way in the future. Thank you for allowing me to share the memories!”

I had 20 videos marked in chronological order but received back in no order. Also, is there a way to name or label each video once they are posted?”

I'm giving this four stars out of five, since I think there were parts of the videos I submitted that could have been cleaned up a little bit more, and apparently there was no audio on any of them, but tthe way it was explained didn't seem that clear, just a vague definition guide if there was audio hypothetically.”
