I was initially very confused using the Just 8mm service. I had only 8mm & Super8 film to convert so I didn't understand what Everpresent was. I thought it was the "parent company". I can't comment on using Everpresent as I didn't use that service. I do think overall that the conversion service offered by Just 8mm was satisfactory except for the lack of communication during one of my orders. It was taking an extraordinarily long time to get the initial receipt email. I asked for a status update and the response was sent quickly. Unfortunately, the high cost of having someone else do the conversions prevented me from using the service for the remainder of my collection. I was relatively happy with the quality of the service. It was prohibitively expensive.
