“I found Ever Present to be great communicators and I was happy with the quality of the finished product. I just felt they were a bit expensive for what I had done.”
“Ever Present is a good service and a plus for old film heads like me that need to archive old work in a digital format. That said the customer service could improve greatly by streamlining the process, the number of people you have to talk to, the number of phone calls you have to accept and to make; customer service then intake then an estimator and then have to wait at least a month regardless of project scope and volume. That’s a deal breaker for me even though I’m not a working professional. My time is valuable to me and having to repeat the same information over and over again is a turn off.”
“They pickup the tapes as promised and delivered them back as promised.
They communicated with me by phone and email as to the progress and their expected outcome. My vhs tape were 20+ years old and some of the quality of the tapes were not showing their age. Everpresent gave their best effort to restore them as much as possible.”
“The film on the reels were over 55 years old. We had no idea what was on them. It brought back memories. I only wish the camera operator (dad) operated the lighting a little better.”
“My only complaint is that the tapes ( 17 ) were not wound up to the beginning. In addition one of the CD's had a camera lock on it preventing me from winding the tape to the beginning. I would appreciate instructions on the later.”
“My project was handled very professionally. I was informed by email every step of the transfer of my 2 videocassettes onto one uSB. The project was completed fairly quickly too. Given the age of the videocassettes, I was pleased with the outcome.”
“Grear job turning our family's 35mm films into digital. The wait is long and they are not cheap. I would shop around for other companies that may be able to complete a project quicker and a bit more reasonable especially for home movies.”
“Technically the digitization of my super 8 movie was fine but communications have been poor . Phone calls were never returned& the phone messages were confusing & sending you in a loop . I feel the cost could be lesser”
“Thank you for converting my old VHS to a DVD. I was disappointed only about the beginning of the DVD due to the image quality. That was very important to me. It was difficult to pick out my Mom, my daughter and myself.
The rest of the DVD was good quality and I was able to see clearly.
I am sure you did your best in transfering it. I am sure it was worn, because we played the beginning part of the original VHS many times.
Thank you for providing such a nice service and your professionalism.”
“I was pleased with the outcomeof my project. I thought it interesting that I received some different answers to queries of when my project could be completed. First it was by the date I requested, then it was no, you would have to pay 100% more to have it by then(which I refused) and then lo and behold it was completed prior to when I requested it originally. All in all, came out well and the recepient loved his gift. Having more completed. Thank you.”
“was a very diferent busness deal! But it was a pleasant ending. I'm not used to paying up front and not seeing the product being purchsed. I was away hunting three weeks and when returning home I was pleasently suprised with the product. I'm not a computer person! I would be sending another order to be processed. I will be 88 this coming may and will not learn more computer skills.
I would like to learn how to share the film with friends.
If you can direct me in this proscess I would appricate it.
Carl Didone”

“The work was excellent. Some of the policies made the whole project take a bit longer than I would have liked, but I understand why they are what they are.”
