“The files on the USB I received on my last order were duplicates of the 8mm from my previous order. I have left three voice mail messages asking for a call to discuss what might have happened and have yet to receive a call back.”

“I had multiple problems with my order: 1) The estimated number of photos in my job was 1000-1500, which I said sounded very high but the lady on the phone pushed back and said $800+ was needed for the 50% down so I paid. Later after counting the photos myself in a similar sized album, I estimated around 500 and asked for a new estimate. The revised estimate was 500. What happened?? 2) I then asked for a refund to adjust my 50% down payment. This was rejected even though my down payment was more than the entire bill! So basically you held my money the entire time which is not right. 3) The final count was 528 photos, but I was billed for more than that...I can't find the invoice online but I recall it was 545 or something. 4) Of the photos in the album, over 60 were missed!! So I had to do those myself. 5) the quality of the scans were not great, far below the quality of scacafe...in fact the one I did by myself with my cell phone were far higher quality. So basically...not good at all.”

It is important to us that our customers understand our estimates that range in sizes for the variety of albums that we encounter. We like to set proper expectations as albums can have a variety of hidden pages, photos, tucked into small spaces. “They did a beautiful job of digitizing a rare, hard-to-find videotape format. The quality of the digital files was great and the company does a great job of emailing regular updates of the project's progress. I did the drop off at a local art studio that works with EverPresent.”

“Good communitations and your work to restore my slides onto a thumb drive is very good. One think I don't understand. I called afte I received my order to inquire about ordering a second thumb drive. I didn't realize there would be a 45 and a 95 dollar charge again. I didn't order since my first order was expensive.”

“I found an old video of a super 8 film from 1968. It was a video of a set of football games from the 1960’s. The DVD created by the Everpresent team turned out to be an excellent rendition. It will be a superstar at the planned reunion gathering. 5 stars Everpresent!”

“I had a wonderful experience with EverPresent. Our family had home videos for decades that we had been meaning to transfer digitally. I eventually found this company and it felt like they had a very detail oriented process, while understanding the importance of these irreplaceable items. They were able to pick them up from a drop off point and update me on the status rather, than mailing these items. The app was easy to use and we were able to transfer, our now digital media, to thumb drives in order for us to all enjoy together. My only complaint was that there was some confusion as to where I had dropped off my items when I was communicating with the team, which concerned me. However, this issue was quickly rectified.”

“Can you explain why you gave me so many extra copies that are all blurry of the same thing? It certainly wasn’t worth the money I paid to have them done. They didn’t come out very good. My daughter even commented on the fact that they were all all these extra blurry pictures”

“It's really scary handing over your cherished tapes but Ever Present was wonderful from day one. They keep you posted on progress and are excellent and honest communicators. I made many copies as Holiday gifts and one of my sons said it was the best gift he ever got. These were videos of my kids when they were young. Thank you so much. I highly highly recommend!!!!”
