“I LOVED the work on the reels that I had Everpresent do. Looking through some others to have sent. I like that nothing goes through the mail, that was so important to me. The communcation could have been better, I had to call regarding if my reels were ready for pick up and then was told they would be on their way. But once I saw them it was worth the wait!”

To clarify our audio conversion service, track splitting is available for an additional cost. For commercially produced recordings, we offer track splitting at $10 per item. For all other audio recordings, splitting tracks requires manual clipping which we offer at an hourly rate of $100/hr and with the timestamps from you on where to split.
Regarding quality, all audio items we digitize receive manual adjustments from our team as part of our standard process. We take special care with each item, knowing they are often fragile and subject to degradation over time. That said, the final outcome is always dependent on the condition of the original source materials which we set expectations for via the quality letter.

“The process has been super easy, from drop off locally to a relatively quick turn-around for the finished product. The porice was very reasonable. I know the original quality wasn't very good and films weren't inchronological order, but still, it was special to see these old movies which brought back mamy memories. The only problem I had was trying to figure out the app and I had some trouble with it on my iPad, although I could get it on my iPhone, which isn't optimal for viewing. I do have some slides I'm considering sending in but will sort them out first in some sort of order. Mostly I am very pleased.”
