Our goal is always to preserve anything that can still be captured, since many clients are trusting us with important memories. When there is viewable content, even if limited, we digitize it so you have access to everything that still exists on the tape.

“Really special to have our grandparents audio cassettes transferred to digital audio files. We have found the ever present app to be a bit cumbersome and wish that it was more intuitive. The audio files need to be re-labeled to better identify their content, but I donāt see that option. Being able to sort the files into different categories would be helpful also.”
