“The quality of the transfers is very good. The only reason I am not giving 5 stars is because I am having such trouble logging in to my account from my laptop. If I don't use the app from my phone, I simply cannot find a way in from the Everpresent home page. Some help would be greatly appreciated, and my apologies if I am missing something obvious.”
“The final slide show was great. There seemed to be some miscommunication about my wanting a slide show at one point. Also, I thought I had confirmed the project on the phone. It wasn't clear that I needed to respond via email. This delayed the project and I received the 2 USBs just a couple of days before the event. I couldn't do a trial run with the projector at the venue ahead of time.
The representatives were all very pleasant.
I understand that I couldn't always speak to the same person when I called, however that might have contributed to some confusion with the slide show and the confirmation.

“I was not happy as I thought you would try to fix the picture from the broken glass and the price that was charge for this was ridiculous as I could of scan as is my self for 10 dollars never again”

“Cost was initially reasonable, turnaround for a small and straightforward jod (digitize 14 slides-35mm) was not. “Expedited turnaround doubled the price. As Everpresent then had the sldes in hand, I had no choice. My fault for assuming a small job could be handled in less than a month.”

“very exspenseive amd took very long time after i dropped off 1 vhs tape. No price structure when i dropped off the tape - which took forever to find. Tried to call a person for info, but couldn't connect with a real person who knew anything about the business. They seem more interested in adding me to an email/phone list. I constantly receive email and text information...wish it would stop.”
