The process was easy and hassle free. I was contacted only a few days after dropping off my tapes and the representative was kind and helpful. I feel that the digital versions I received are in excellent condition, and I am so happy to be able to watch my old home videos again!

Was very easy I dropped my tapes off and picked them up at same place.Everything came out very good and was so nice to see them before picking them up on my phone and sending copies to family and friends.

Clearly this is more of a mass production operation than personal service which they claim. Their customer service is (my guess) in the Philippines, very nice but the VOIP is aggravating. My songs could have easily been split up to individual tracks which I paid for but was not offered a credit. And they mastering capabilities or (care of effort ). Were terrible.

To clarify our audio conversion service, track splitting is available for an additional cost. For commercially produced recordings, we offer track splitting at $10 per item. For all other audio recordings, splitting tracks requires manual clipping which we offer at an hourly rate of $100/hr and with the timestamps from you on where to split. Regarding quality, all audio items we digitize receive manual adjustments from our team as part of our standard process. We take special care with each item, knowing they are often fragile and subject to degradation over time. That said, the final outcome is always dependent on the condition of the original source materials which we set expectations for via the quality letter. I highly recommend Everpresent! The customer service is amazing, they are friendly and so professional and they keeo you updated as to the progress of the project. The finished product came out great, will use them again.

They did a nice job of converting about 40 super 8 reels from the 1960s and 1970s to digital files. They kept me updated on the progress as they were doing it. I received a USB drive with the images and also access to an online file. Very nice to see images of my childhood saved so well!

The process has been super easy, from drop off locally to a relatively quick turn-around for the finished product. The porice was very reasonable. I know the original quality wasn't very good and films weren't inchronological order, but still, it was special to see these old movies which brought back mamy memories. The only problem I had was trying to figure out the app and I had some trouble with it on my iPad, although I could get it on my iPhone, which isn't optimal for viewing. I do have some slides I'm considering sending in but will sort them out first in some sort of order. Mostly I am very pleased.

I spent many hours putting my photos in chronological order and placing them in a shoe box in chronological order. When I dropped my photos off, I was only able to speak to a receptionsist so there was no discussion about the details of my order. Some days later, a technician called me about my order, but she never discussed with me the order of my photos. I had approximately 800 photos digitized which ended up not being in any order and were quite mixed up. I'm disappointed that the technician did not bring this up for discussison. When I picked up my photos, I also just spoke with a receptionist who was not able to answer any questions. When I called and spoke with someone about this, I learned there was an extra charge to keep the photos in order, which I would have been happy to pay, had someone brought this to my attention. I feel there's a level of sloppiness and lack of clear communication on the part of Everpresent.

I had 14 cd's of my children's growing up and other wedding videos and they were downloaded both to cell and the flash drive to my computer- it came out really well thanks so much

This was my first time using Everpresent, and I used them for transferring very old family cassettes to digital. The process at first seemed a bit daunting with various pricing scenarios depending on who you spoke with. It all fell into place in the end, but it felt like a leap of faith at times. It was very reassuring to have the pick-up and drop-off in a well-known storefront location. Everything was neatly packaged for me to pick-up, including the originals and all the files on a USB drive. I was expecting a bit more quality on the sound transfer since I had paid for a digital sound upgrade for a process that took 6 weeks to complete! I was pleased with the end-product and everything is safely transferred to digital, but not enough to earn 5-Stars this time around.

My interactions with Louis Wong were excellent and it is the main reason why I recommend Ever-Present [E-P]. Mr. Wong followed up with all the questions including any issues or concerns I had promptly and concisely. I also appreciated the updates sent as the project went through the various production phases. In addition, being a local business, I was very glad to support E-P over the other similar business in which the person-to-person client/business contact and relations are handled in an impersonal method. Today, I visited EverPresent to pick up digitized family 8MM films and VHS tapes. This was my second time having EverPresent digitize family keepsakes, having used their services, for the first time, two years ago. Everything went smoothly: dropping off the items (they also offer pickup service), an initial consult, providing me with the cost of digitizing the items, emails telling me how the project was proceeding, and easy pickup of the finished project. I liked receiving a two-page paper from them titled, "Your Film Transfer Quality Review." This page identified various imperfections in certain films, along with explanations of why the imperfections might exist. In this case, I had dropped off films from the 1940's through 1960's. (They labeled all films, slides, and tapes, so if you have everything placed on a Flash drive, like I did, it is highly organized.) I highly recommend EverPresent for transferring any old films, slides, or tapes. They continue to do an excellent job of making memories last, i.e., taking old technology, making it new again.
