“Cost was initially reasonable, turnaround for a small and straightforward jod (digitize 14 slides-35mm) was not. “Expedited turnaround doubled the price. As Everpresent then had the sldes in hand, I had no choice. My fault for assuming a small job could be handled in less than a month.”

“very exspenseive amd took very long time after i dropped off 1 vhs tape. No price structure when i dropped off the tape - which took forever to find. Tried to call a person for info, but couldn't connect with a real person who knew anything about the business. They seem more interested in adding me to an email/phone list. I constantly receive email and text information...wish it would stop.”
“Hi I am very upset with the quality of picture I got back from you. If I had known you were going yo scan as is . I would of done it my self .You called your self proffesional and sending picture out and having to wait a month its crazy.All you had to say you were not able to fix picture or color or scratches and that you couldnt take glass out .I thought you were better proffessionals than this definately not worth 70 dollars waisted my money and I was trying to surprise someone very special with this picture. “I think they did a good job digitizing a large mix of stuff: slides, super 8 movies, VHS and other, some of it quite old. Quality of their work was very strong. The service is not cheap but there is a substantial amount of individual attention and labor required. This work will have meaning to a number of my family members, of different ages.”
