Everyone at Everpresent was good to work with. During a move, I found 8 very old Sony tapes and had no way to view them. I didn’t know which ones had content. One tape was broken. They fixed then broken one, cut around the bad spots and documented everything they did. As a result, we had a great Covid holiday viewing old family videos that I had totally given up on.
