The EVERPRESENT team did a great job converting our old videos to digital copies. The age and quality of the videos probably made for a difficult job on EVERPRESENT's part, but they rose to the occasion and it is evident that they did their best. My one qualm with the company is that I feel as though they were not keeping me updated throughout the entire process. It took almost double the amount of time for them to finish the project than they had predicted when I first dropped the videos off. When I tried contacting them to get an update it was very difficult to get in touch with them. Of course, with this qualm, it is important to consider the difficult times we are in and the delays that the pandemic has created in almost every aspect of life.
