I was pleased with the time frame in which my videos were transferred to DVD's. I wanted them for a Christmas present and they were done in plenty of time. One small error was made in that two VHS tapes were to be put on one DVD as they were two separate acts of a play, and this wasn't done properly. However, when I contacted Everpresent, they fixed this at no charge. Very pleased with their service.
