I used Everpresent to digitize our 8mm home movies with sound. Not all companies can complete the job with sound. My customer service representative, Tia, was awesome. She was helpful in providing information over the phone and email. I was able to drop the film at a local store for pick up eliminating the stress and anxiety of sending through the mail. Upon completion, I was able to pick up the original film and thumb drives. Apparently, the process of digitizing 8mm film with sound is more complicated than I realized. The speed of the film was off. I reached out to Tia via email and she immediately called. They were able to edit and resend new thumb drives and my cherished memories were once again brought to life. They also provide a website link so you can download and share with family and friends. I am grateful for the professional, friendly customer service and a fantastic finished product.
