The digital transfer of my 16mm film showed significant dirt...especially at the beginning and the end of the transfer. This means the film was not professionally cleaned before transfer.....unforgivaeable. They also had to redo the transfer because the audio track was not included although I was charged fo it. For the $400 plus dollars I was charged the job rendered was unsatisfactory.
