The old VHS tape wasn't a great family heirloom...just footage from a beach house vacation with friends from 33 years ago. Still, I wanted it to be handled with care and given every chance to be salvaged. Everpresent did a great job, and I really appreciated the personal phone consultation and follow-up emails through each step of the process. Watching the resulting DVD with the same friends was so much fun - reliving the memories from our younger days!
