The project went well after a bit of a rough start. I feel I was being charged for a hidden service after the parameters of the project were set. I was able to work with Everpresent and actually do some of the work myself that I would have been charged for. Quality was excellent. Communication was good, but could have been more efficient. We started by leaving voicemail, but finally went to email.
