I sent in 20 DVDs to be converted to thumb drive and cloud. Everpresent kept be informed every step of the way of their process so I was aware as to how everything coming along. They spent an extra long time on Q&A which I appreciated. The end product was fantastic. Not only can I have family acces from the cloud and save, I have all memories on thumb drive as well. Superior work.
