Overall I was happy with the conversion of videos to digital. However, I was disappointed that one video had a lot of "shaking" in the digital format. While a written description explained the cause of this it would have been nice if I had been called and asked if I still wanted it. I think it was more than moderate shaking. I called to talk to someone about it and no one ever called me back.
