Very professional company. We were pleased with the results and will be bringing back more soon. The extent of their experience communicated a sense of confidence and they handled the project without issue. The only thing I would like to see change is how they establish communication. Whether placing an order or just needing a question answered, there is a front line group of representatives that take messages. Everything is a call back. A few times these were pretty slow. But this might be limited staffing due to Covid, so perhaps this will improve. (This review form only gave the option of stating 6 to 12 hours or over a week as reply time. There should be something between that. It was more than 6 to 12 hours, but usually less than a week. But it was closer to a week so I chose a week. Thank you!
