They got the job done right, and were very professional. They digitized my 7 VHS tapes which were in European PAL format. Some of the tapes were broken (tape not attached to wheel). Now I have the videos in a digital mpeg files that I can watch easily. The quality is the best one can hope for, considering the low quality source material.
