I was pleased to find a service like this close to home. I felt confident that my old family movies were safe when I could drop them off and pick them up rather than mailing them. Communication was great in the beginning but dropped off until I wrote to ask what was happening. I think I got lost in the shuffle. End product was about what I expected and will need lots of editing to be ready for prime time.
