I had a disk from 2003 that I was trying to retrieve pictures from. I could see most of them, but the computer I was using didn’t have a drive, and the combination of an older laptop and an external drive was making for slow going. Upon submitting it to EverPresent, I was told there was nothing on the disk. Upon receiving the disk back, I could still see and access the photos, albeit slowly. It seems that a company in this business would have been able to at least do what I was able to myself.
