I had some very old photographs digitized as well as more current ones . I also had some video cassettes digitized and everything came out great. The quality of the digitized older photos came out better than expected. customer service was helpful and I did receive emails on progress. the whole process took about 8 weeks so be mindful that you need to plan in advance on when you want your project ready.
