Everpresent was profession and timely. This is an industry I have little knowledge of and they walked me through each step. Very helpful so I could manage my expectations. I did ask for a phone call before items were shipped because we were traveling and that did not happen. We arrived home and the package was here. The package was in good condition so all turned out well.
