EVERPRESENT restored an old record of mine. I was very glad to have this done. I was not able to use the flash drive it was on and needed slot of help to navigate the link on my computer. Although I was glad to pay for the cost of restoring the record, I am very unhappy to have to pay to renew this every six months.
