Cost was high and the required form was over-complicates for the scanning of just a few (12) photos. The formal / long form makes sense for a large project, but there should be a faster way for simple/straightforward projects. Time to complete the project was long, and I had to call twice to get updates on project status. I had missed an update in my mail(as it went to junk mail) and my first call went unreturned for a week. The explanation for not returning the call was essentially: “Didn’t you get our mail?” Better customer service would be to return the call even if the mail was sent.
