When I expressed my disappointment in the fact that EverPresent produced 2 tracks from my audio tape instead of combining them, the staff of EverPresent corrected my problem immediately and gave me access to the new, combined MP3. They have provided an excellent product and great customer service! I would recommend EverPresent to anyone!!
