I appreciated the ease of submitting my material. I did not appreciate the lack of communication during the processing. Much was simple boiler plate communications that went into my Junk folder.
When I looked at the materials produced I am disturbed that some of the materials are near impossible to understand what is in it, and yet they passed QA and subsequently cost me money.
I am happy for the results that I can see the images.
