Sirs: I have a HP Scan G4050 and three very dark slides. Although I received "boilerplate" emails about the marvelous work you were doing (I think these were just marketing items and had little truth in the 'personal work' on my slides my slides were sent with expectations of a usuable presentation material. When I received the finger disc group of slides it is difficult to see a major upgrade of my dark slides. The copies on my G4050 frankly were better but I sent them to you hoping for improvement that was not as good as my armature attempt. I planned on using the images for a medical presentation of my early cases and your work product was not acceptable. Frankly money spent was wasted and I received nothing in return put propaganda about how good your firm was! My investment with your firm was wasted.
